     My name is Barb Simonis and I am a real estate broker with Coldwell Banker River Valley, REALTORS® in Black River Falls, Wisconsin. I have worked in real estate sales since 1987. I work mainly with residential and vacant land along with farms and commercial properties.
     I have raised my family here and would recommend this area to everyone.  I have three grown children and three grandchildren. My daughter is married and living in LaCrosse with husband Brad and two children Brady & Ella. My oldest son Ryan has one daughter Addy, and is A Marine living in Minnesota. My youngest son,Jordan is attending  his second  year at UWEC in Eau Claire studying history.
     Our area has a lot to offer with the Lunda Community Park that includes an outdoor water park and new skateboarding park, the Lunda Center with indoor pool, racquetball, walking track and weight/exercise room, walking trails, and of course, the Black River. The walking trail is approx. 5 miles total and is beautiful. It runs along the Black River and has creeks and waterfalls along the trail.
    We also have thousands of acres of county and state lands for public use. Jackson County is the "Deer Hunting Capital". There are many state parks for you to enjoy.
